Giancarlo Pozzi
Giancarlo graduated cum-laude in 1981, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the United States International University, in San Diego, California. He lived and was educated in the USA, Europe, and East Africa. He began his accounting career as an auditor for Ernst and Whinney in Los Angeles, and worked for E&W in both Europe and the United States, primarily on large manufacturing concerns.
He started his CPA office in Central Oregon in 1991, and has grown his practice to accommodate clients worldwide. Formerly, he was a sole-practitioner CPA in Los Angeles, California, where his practice consisted primarily of international-taxation and business consulting to US and foreign concerns.
Giancarlo brings multiple talents to our office, but his focus and primary concern is always the client. Besides the knowledge and skills accumulated in over 25 years of practice, Giancarlo brings the personal perspective gained from having lived in, and worked on, three continents. He is often quoted as saying that “with the exception of death, there is no condition that, given enough time and thought, cannot be turned around”.
Giancarlo is a former instructor to Oregon tax-practitioners on subjects of federal and Oregon taxation, and has held seminars with as many as 150 participants. He is a frequent speaker and writer on matters of taxation.
When he is not at the office, Giancarlo enjoys winter sports, fly-fishing, the great outdoors, travel, cooking, and photography. He likes to relax with his wife, two daughters and his dog Charlie.

Patricia kimball
Pat attended the University of Wyoming with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Business dministration. She was a client of our office before joining our team at its inception. She has been a bookkeeper for nearly five decades, and has managed a wide variety of business concerns, including non-profit agencies, trucking companies, machinery dealerships, real estate and investment brokers, colleges, and wholesale distributors.
Pat’s strength is turning masses of paper and information into a set of accounting records. She is a compassionate team player, and clients love working with her.
When she is not at work, she plays golf and bridge, bakes, designs and builds miniature houses and dolls, or relaxes in the company of her husband and her dog, Charlie (yes, we have two Charlie at the office).
